College Prayer
1. PRAYER FOR MORNING ASSEMBLYDear God,
You are the Giver of all good things,
thank you, for the blessing of this new day.
Give me you grace
To live well today,
To know you, a little better,
To do my work, a little more diligently,
To serve my fellowmen, a little more lovingly
Help me,
To make today, a day of progress
To be of help, and an example,
To all whom I meet,
To bring comfort, to those in sorrow,
And strength to those, who are tempted
Strengthen me,
To give courage, to those who are afraid
Guidance to those, who do not know, what to do,
To bring cheer to those, who are discouraged,
And encouragement to those, who are depressed.

2. PRAYER AFTER SCHOOL
Forgive me, O God /
for all the wrong things /
which I have done today /
Forgive me for /
Careless work /
Inattentive study /
Wasted time /
Duties shirked /
Failure to listen to my teachers /
Disloyalty to my friends /
Forgive me also for /
Being disobliging /and selfish at times /
Being a bad example / to others /
Help me to show / that I am really sorry /
by doing better tomorrow /
and by not making / the same mistakes again.
